  Somehow my package got sent to this post office from the main post office in killeen and they told me they cannot find my package. I have tracked it all week and it says that it was delivered to an agent but no one can seem to find it. I was told that they saw my package but sent it somewhere. When I asked where they sent it the lady could not tell me where. It was a really large box and I’m just confused on why it even was sent there instead of my house. Still waiting on the package and no one can locate it.

  The people in this place are so rude and disrespectful. I've had better customer service from McDonald's! They cut you off and try to give you answers for questions you didn't ask. Granted the one off of 10th street is no better. Ride, mean, and border line illiterate.

  The phone is always busy... I have tried calling throughout the whole day and into the next day and it's always busy as if they just sit it off the hook so that nobody could call. What a bunch of fat, worthless, possibly no good minorities that only received a job because of affirmative action.

  Had to reschedule a delivery and they never came with it. I tried calling the office but always got a busy signal.
